Processing Time:

  • Order Processing: We process orders each morning, Monday through Friday, and stop processing at 1:00 PM. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business morning. Orders are not processed on holidays.
  • Processing Guarantee: We guarantee that your package will leave our facility within one business day of processing. However, we cannot guarantee shipping times and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Methods:

  • Available Options: We offer various shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen. Here are some samples:
    • First Class Package: 7 business days
    • Priority Mail: 3 to 5 business days
    • Ground: 6 to 7 business days
    • 3 – Day: 3 Business days
    • 2 – Day Express: 2 Business days
    • Next Day Air: 1 business day

Shipping Costs:

  • Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery address. Costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online.

Address Errors:

  • Address Updates: We are only able to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in process or has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. This policy also applies to order cancellations.

Shipping Delays:

  • External Factors: Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

Recommendation:

  • Ordering Timeline: To ensure timely delivery for your event, we recommend placing your order at least 10 business days before the event.
