Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. See our international rates at the bottom of the shopping cart screen after you've added selected items to your cart. These rates reflect the exact rates negotiated with our carriers and update in real time as their rates change.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-6 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How long will it take to get a Free Shipping order?

It depends on where you are. We ship from Seattle, WA so about 3 business days if you live on the west coast and about 6 business days if you live on the east coast. Shipping to the Mid-West is anywhere from 4-5 business days.

What carriers do you use for U.S. orders?

Mainly UPS and U.S. Postal Service. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. (Keep in mind the post office is the only carrier that we use that will also deliver on Saturday)

How long will it take to ship to Canada?

We use USPS International. We find this carrier does not add additional duty fees at the boarder. They usually take about 4-7 business days. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long does it take for you to process my order?

If we receive your order before 2:00PM (Pacific Standard Time) Monday - Friday, it will ship same day, meaning it will go out on the 4:00PM truck the day you place your order. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will process and ship on Monday. Orders received after 2:00PM, please give us a call and we can let you know if it will make it out that day. 1 (800) 49-PARTY and follow the prompts to our Customer Service department.

Can I return my products?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info @primeparty.com, include your order number and we’ll take you through the process.

Can I find these products in my local party store?

Sorry, probably not. Although we do have a couple retail partners you most likely will not find these items in a party store. Our products are considered to be better quality. We source our own products and do all the design work here at our corporate office. You are getting a pretty unique experience and product buying directly from us.
